the power of menstruation
I have been studying menstruation for many years, as well as working with girls, moms and mother/daughter duos through private consultations in regard to honoring menstruation.
Tender, messy, and imperfect emotions. Our immature parts are all beautiful doorways to our wholeness as young girls and women.
I have created a mini workshop for moms and daughters, how to understand and work with your menstrual cycle, and practice cycle awareness. I believe a big part of girls not having an understanding of their menstrual cycle can have a huge effect on how they are feeling on a emotional scale. What if we taught our daughters at a young age to care for her emotions, vulnerabilities, and her body?
For centuries within our culture, the menstrual cycle has been denied and rejected. We have been led to believe it is a weakness. I’m here to change that blueprint for women and our daughters. As we learn to work with our menstrual cycle and release the negative programming, we begin to tap into the intuition and activate our power as women.
