  • An immersive workshop designed to gather participants into a deeply restorative stare through a series of embodied practices that regulate the nervous system, release tension and reconnect them to inner stillness.

    The journey begins with intention setting followed by somatic movement, guided meditation and conscious breathwork including by unique Emotional Release Technique. Participants will be invited to explore sound and voice activation through humming, singing and breath supported by the rhythmic pulse of shamanic drumming to stimulate the vagus nerve and restore natural harmony.
