INTUITIVE COACHING

This coaching session inspires each teen/college student to stay on track using emotional intelligence and coping strategies for dealing with the daily stresses of life. These coping strategies and topics include: breath work, yoga, meditation, interactive talk, mindfulness, self regulation, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and working with hormone cycles. Self-confidence boosters will be implemented through goal setting to unlock potential and lifestyle tools to live in wholeness.
