about the program
Beloved friends, this is my nineteenth-year teaching preteen and teen girls’ self-empowerment. I have trained several women in the surrounding communities to become TruSelf Empowerment leaders. We have teachers in New Lenox, Mokena, Frankfort, Peotone, Kankakee, Bourbonnais, and Danforth. My next adventure on my journey is to work with moms, TruSelf Empowerment, LLC / Mom’s.
Self-worth comes from our mothers.
In the last several years, I have taught girls to love and cherish her body, speak her truth, have deep self-love, and develop her intuitive muscle. I have taught girls to have healthy assertiveness, deep belonging, and emotional intelligence, to honor menstruation, and much more.
My ideas to work with moms has been with me for some time.
I want to take TruSelf Empowerment to our mothers. We’re truly a mirror for our daughters. I love nothing more than to show up for my daughter, Fiona. The importance of staying connected to her during her preteen and teen years is vital. I can give you tips on:
How to stay connected and to create a close and natural relationship with your daughter
